Our IR Vision:
Our vision is to create an inclusive environment for our pupils with a primary need of Communication and Interaction including Autism.
We are a setting that meets Learner's EHCP outcomes and encourages with support to integrate pupils into the mainstream school, both socially and academically.
All staff within our Academy will have high aspirations for all our pupils to enable them to achieve their full potential.
We are an Academy that breaks boundaries and in our Integrated Resources, we do this by:
- Striving to understand pupil's needs
- Listening to pupil voice to know how best to support them
- Create bespoke support plans to meet pupil's needs
Interventions and Assessment tools for EHCP outcomes:
As we are a resource base for our pupil's primary needs of speech and language, including social communication, we use Autism Progress Framework:
In addition to this bespoke Learning Plans document pupil's small steps toward their EHCP targets.
Interventions will be delivered depending on the provision stated in your child's section F of their EHCP.

- Outdoor learning (Primary)
- TA support in core mainstream lessons at Secondary
Both Secondary and Primary phase IRs are located within the mainstream school building. We strongly believe in integration within the mainstream classroom, it is an expectation that our pupils can do this. WE are flexible with how we achieve this based on pupil's needs.
Both Primary and Secondary phase IRs have well equipped sensory rooms.
All application to our IR come from the Local Authority SENDSARS team. After receiving your child's EHCP, the IR team will consider and determine whether we can meet your child's EHCP needs.
In agreement with the Local Authority, pupils will have a primary need of communication and interaction on their EHCP for 小黄鸭视频 to meet their needs successfully.
